11th Inversion [Vine/Action]

[It's a bright, beautiful day in the Gardens. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, yet the Vine shows one very soaked Akiha Tohno. In fact, it seems to be raining on Akiha, plastering her white blouse to her torso (sadly she's flat as a board so it's not like it shows anything other than the lines of her camisole) and water drips off her hair. She's also, surprise, glaring at the mirror.]

If anyone needs me, I'll be out about the Gardens today and not at the mansion.


[For anyone looking for Akiha or just crossing paths with her, she's fairy easy to spot with the little black raincloud hanging over her everywhere she goes, constantly showering her with rain.]

[ Digging her fingers into Akiha's sides a little. ]

You've already got Kris, and I'm not jealous of her.

[ On the other hand, she does hope Akiha would go do something like this if she disappeared. ]

Sion and I aren't involved like that. [She'll slightly elbow Katina in the gut.] That is a privilege that belongs to only you and Kris.

I ask because you never said anything before about living in the mansion until I mentioned Sion and Kris' rivalry over the basement.

[ She barely flinches at the elbow, but barely is still something. ]

I dunno, I always just wondered if you'd really want me around that much.

And if you annoy me too much, I can throw you out for a while or go back to my room. Do you have any idea how much Kris irritates me on a daily basis?

Right... guess there's nothing to worry about. Even I can imagine Kris being a pain sometimes, and we both like her despite saying as much.

At least she has a spell now that can make food.

[But Akiha frowned deeply after that and pulled one of Katina's arms up so it was at shoulder height.]

Oh, so you have more people to cook for you.

...having me around would help with that too.

[ Akiha can re-position her arms as much as she wants, and Katina will still hold her tightly.

Getting wetter and wetter, though. ]

[The cloud was content to continue raining on them. Akiha has mostly resigned herself to it.]

It will. You can clean, too.

[She leaned down to gently bite Katina's forearm and then sighed. Yes, it was as random as it seemed.]

[ Katina's been through worse, though she knows Akiha's cooler temperature must make this extra shitty. That's why she's cuddling, of course. ]

Despite what my living quarters might suggest, that won't be a problem.

[ ...yeah, just kind of wiggling her arm in Akiha's jaw a little. ]

[She lets go and sighs again.]

I hate being both hungry and cold. So miserable. At least you're here.

We really need somewhere private that we don't mind getting wet.

[ Or just let Akiha have a bite while they hide behind a bush, but that might be a bad idea. ]

[ Too bad she can't do much of anything to warm Akiha up like this. ]

[ Katina slowly strokes Akiha's hair, despite how dripping wet it is. She's soaked too, so it makes no difference now. ]

That's not it. I just... need to not drink directly from someone. I haven't done that in over a year. [There's uncertainty in her voice.]
