W-well I certainly am lovely and such, but I am also tough and strong! Something like that wouldn't cause me any lasting harm for sure!

I fought my way through an onslaught of witches, onis, demons, and even a shrine maiden before, after all!

Right! Well, first I sent a lot of ghosts to Nirvana, and with the power from that, a looot of red mist, I messed with the weather and made it snow in the netherworld and things like that, to rile people up! Then I prepared a huuuuuuuge earthquake, and made sure the signs were easy to spot! Except most of the people missed them STILL....

And then everyone tried to stop me and there were lots of battles, it was great!

To get everyone in the mood to fight, of course. Why else? If I had actually STARTED the earthquake, it'd have leveled everything, too! Of course, since people did come to fight, the only thing I destroyed was a shrine. I rebuilt it later, of course.

Not really. I control earthquakes. Don't think I can't fine tune what they hit. Or do you mean the big one? If so: Sure! That was the point!
