Can someone help me?

[From the video, the voice came from a young girl. She is surrounded by books and a fireplace, so she is in the Library. She looks rather... concerned? Perplexed?]

I found this library, but I can't find anything useful here! I haven't checked the whole place yet, but all I'm finding are poems, biographies and I swear I found a fairy tale. I can't even go everywhere, as this stupid bear keeps shoving me away from some parts. I never thought I would be so calm near a bear...

Anyway... I was trying to find a cook book. Or a list of recipes. I figured since I was away from everything I'm used to, I should at least learn how to make myself something decent. Maybe help out too if someone needs it.

... And yes, I do know that I can ask a bird for dinner! Don't quite remember how I found that out... But I was hoping to at least be self sufficient here. So, am I just not looking hard enough or something?

[The vine seems reluctant to function, focusing intermittently on different parts of the environment. As it resolves, a headless white dress shirt (collar open) appears in frame. Cue the sound of someone unseen gently clearing their throat.]

Well, this finally seems to be working.
Ah, hello. Reeve here! Though it might not be all that obvious, since I seem to be invisible at the moment. Long story short, there was an incident. With a scientific test. Not mine! But it was no one's fault, really. Just the nature of this place at work, I suppose. At any rate, here's hoping my condition won't last too terribly long.
Just to reassure everyone, I'll leave my clothes on so that I'm identifiable! No sneaking around, word of honor. Well, my hand is up. It's just impossible to see.

Just a heads up! Thank you for your time.

[So, while the rest of you are off investigating that new area or whatever else, Grace has decided to look for the "cave of blood" Alice mentioned. It's not hard to find, now that the cats are back around and willing to lead her to places that aren't a dance floor. She raises an eyebrow at the sign marking its entrance—she'll have to be careful coming and going, if she wants to keep what she is a secret—but otherwise hurries in without any hesitance.]

[When she reaches the lake of blood, she kneels by its edge and strips off one of her white gloves. Then, she dips her fingers into the pool—it's warm, and it smells right, so she lifts her dripping hand to her mouth and licks away the liquid without any further thought. That's about the time she stops paying attention to her surroundings and just feeds. After all, it's night—it's not like there are going to be any humans wandering around in creepy caves at this time, right?]

[The Abbey is being invaded!]

[Okay, that might be a bit of a dramatic way of wording it. It's not under attack, but overnight it seems to have come down with a case of dramatic invasive plant species. To be more specific, all sorts of flowers have grown from the surrounding ground to ridiculous heights, crawling all over the area. In places, weaving over windows of rooms as they crawl over the walls of the building. In other places, making walking down paths a bit of a navigation hazard. In other places, intertwining together in vibrant displays of color. Even working their way into the interior here and there, blossom-laden vines weaving through rooms and hallways where they can make their way in.]

[Yuka herself is sitting upon the roof of the abbey, looking down at the new vegetation, looking supremely pleased with herself.]

Like what I've done with the place?

[[OOC: Approved by mods. Flowers don't inconvenience your character in any way unless you want them to. Have fun!]

[In the gardens, a group of magical birds! They seem to be gathering around some kind of... picnic?]

[Yuyuko's there, too. There is tea for everyone, although the birds don't seem quite as taken with it as she is. Yes, she is having a tea party with birds.]

And what do you do around here, Mr. Bird?

[Squawk.]

I see! Very interesting. I suppose it would be even more interesting if I understood Bird, but might as well give you the benefit of doubt!

More tea?
