[action]

[There is a very cheerful- and, now, very sparkly- Vitalia by the lake, humming to herself as she puts some finishing touches on a new greenhouse and attached lakeside cottage. There are no horrific monstrosities present yet.]

Once it's complete, I plan on channeling some of my own power into it. The amulet should then be able to keep Tsukasa's power balanced.

A little bit of both. I'll be giving the stones a boost with my Soul Power.

[Rose's hand starts to glow.]

[She lets it glow a little brighter.]

I was taught to use this power to combat evil, and to seal it when I can.

Yes. I go after those who only wish to harm others, and free those who are controlled by evil forces.

[And Rose gladly allows Vitalia to touch her hand.] This amount of energy is harmless. If I need to defend myself or others, I can channel much more than this.

To be honest, I haven't really tried. This will be the first time I'm infusing an object with my power. My late Master used to do it frequently, so I'll be going by her instruction.

Well, since I haven't really measured my own power... I agree to this alliance.

[Rose chuckles quietly. Vitalia's exuberance reminds her of a certain schoolgirl back home.]

Let me finish this amulet first and deliver it to Tsukasa. Then we can discuss measuring my powers.

Take care, signorina. And best of luck with your new cottage.

[With another smile, she starts to leave.]
