Well, I can't say I haven't been warned about the dangers of drinking before. Though cats with scrolls and sentient plant life were never included in any of those speeches, sadly... that was probably a bit too much foresight to ask for, hm?

If nothing else, I suppose this is better than waking up in a gutter somewhere. Cleaner, at the very least. [A laugh.]

So, tell me. Trees and animals can't be all there is around here. There must be a tavern, or a brothel, or a seedy undercity of some kind. If someone could direct me, I'd... well, I don't suppose you can owe a hallucination a favour, can you? Whatever works.

Sorry to say, we ain't hallucinations. And there's no brothel. There's a bar, though, and you're as likely to get laid there as anywhere. Long as you like women and women only.

I'm more concerned about the lack of any decent civilisation, frankly. Talking to plants and wandering animals isn't really my thing.

Out on the open sea, under the stars, if I can help it. But without a ship, something else will have to do. Normally that would be a room at a cheap tavern, but I suppose not here.

Open sea, huh? What are you, some kind of pirate, then? Don't think there's anywhere to sleep at the bar, unfortunately, but like I said, there's a lot of places around. I usually crash at the apartment.
