[She really does hate this place. She hates being trapped here and she hates all of the magic.
She. Hates. All. The. Magic.
She especially hates the magic that is making it rain directly above her head. Has been making it rain directly above her head ever since she and Dominique had reemerged from their trek off the beaten path in search of magic dirt. An expedition which Jackie had only agreed to go on because nothing hideous had happened at the dance.
That would teach her to have a modicum of optimism.
She's soaking wet, dark hair clinging to her face, which obviously bears a sodden and unhappy expression. The vine comes upon her sitting on the steps leading up to Caprica's house; she obviously can't go inside like this, not without making a mess. Jackie just stares at the vine for a moment before her mouth twists and she tells the mirror,]
Would you fuck off?
[She wraps her arms around herself miserably, huddling into herself.]

action.
And the only reason why she's there is because she was kind of hoping that Jackie would eventually appear outside Caprica's house so she could ask for some more coffee (the empty old mug between her hands could have said so). The fact that she appears makes her a little hopeful.
Sasha looks at her, a sort of quick stare, but quickly glances away, never one to look in a person's eyes. That's too much of an effort for the little coward. ]
Hum. [ What... does a person say in this situation. She's just going to stare at the vine for a while. ] Y-Yeah. They're, hum. Annoying.
action.
Apparently it enjoys schadenfreude as much as it enjoys voyeurism.

I don't-- hum. [ She glances at Jackie, then back at the writhing vine. ] L-like them. [ As if saying sorry, really. ]
[ She looks back to Jackie's cloud and frowns. Is that supposed to happen to everyone? She doesn't really understand how the Gardens work, that's what frightens her the most. At least back home she would know how monsters and devils and humans worked. Here it's just so... random. ]
Was it the Queen? [ It takes her a little effort to not to lisp nor stutter, but she manages sometimes, when she's not feeling particularly threatened. ]
no subject
I'm fairly certain that everything that happens here is her fault, one way or another.

[ Looking over her shoulder to the house Jackie was walking towards, she frowns slightly. There are... other people there, she's sure of it - she tries to keep up with what's happening in the Gardens, even if she doesn't actively participate. After all, she is an informant, she needs to know what's going on. Old habits die hard and all that. ]
Your, hm, f-friends. [ She says with a bit of uncertainty. "Friends"is definitely a weird word for Sasha. ] Maybe they c-could help you.
no subject
I doubt either of them can do anything about it.
I hate all this magic.
no subject
It-- It can be a l-little... [ What's the word? ] B-bothersome...
[ She really means it can be a lot annoying, but she tends to keep her opinions as neutral as possible. Even if Jackie would agree with her. She glances at the house again and then back to Jackie. ]
D-Do you want me to, hum, go get someone? [ She's not doing it out of kindness. It's just that she may get some coffee if she does this. ]
no subject
No, that's all right.
I'll just be bothered.

Sasha looks at the cloud again and she's just... weirded out by it. It's just so odd to see a thing like so. If she had had a normal childhood, maybe she would have established the parallel connection with a cartoon, alas that is not familiar to her.
She once she's done looking at it, she pulls out her backpack from her shoulders and zips it open, pulling out a large sweater. Rather old, rather dirty (much like Sasha herself, she is in need of a shower), and hands it to Jackie. ]
D-Does this help? [ She's not quite sure it does... ] A litt-tle may-- maybe?

action;
She drops the towels and blankets on the step above the one Jackie is sitting on, taking a moment to kick off her boots, too. Then she settles down behind the other woman, pulling her back in against her and wrapping her arms around her.]
action;
You're just going to get wet.
action;
It's only a little water.
action;
I'm puddling.
action;
[Hopefully, at least. She's been informed the strange effects of the wild places don't stick around for too long, but her concern and care for Jackie makes any length of time too long.]
I brought out blankets and towels, if you get too cold.
action;
The Queen really has a terrible sense of humor.
action;
You think she means this as a joke?
action;
This whole place is a horrible joke.

video::
What's got you under the weather?
( Flat, and sounding about as impressed with the joke as... well, as impressed as she imagines Jackie will be, which is pretty far into the negative. ) Sorry.
( She doesn't sound very sorry. )
video::
Unfortunately 'sorry' hasn't magically altered the current state of things, so I suppose, you could, just choke on it.
video::
( They're such good friends. . . )

video::
( Well, whatever. She just brushes her hair out of her face, glancing down for a second before she looks back at Jackie. ) It all sounds pretty stupid, either way.
video::
Incredibly stupid. And I don't think I really need a change of heart.
