Anna is in Creche Alpha, now covered in vines, and her skin is... pale. Very pale, and almost gelatinous. Her eyes, too, are larger, and cloudy, and her head... she's damn near bald, and it's gotten bulbous, and her hand ends in suckers...

She seems to notice that the Vine is broadcasting, and she chuckles.

Silly me. Of course being a cartoon wasn't good enough for Echidna.

Did you do something to make her angry? That's how these things usually happen in all the fables: the maiden does something to displease the witch and she's turned into a hopelessly ugly, unlovable creature.
