Um... I guess I should apologize for the way I acted when our bodies were mixed up. [She sounds a little awkward as she says it, like she isn't used apologizing and definitely not for something like being a little cranky. For whatever reason, though, she doesn't want her behavior to reflect badly on Kariya, so this seems like the thing to do. She scratches her cheek a little.] I was the one in Kariya's body. So if I was cranky or snapped at you, you should be mad at me and not her, okay?

[...That's all she has to say, she guesses, but she doesn't wave the Vine away just yet. Instead, she mulls something over for a few seconds longer, and then she speaks again.]

Yeah, that's right. [Not that she would have been especially happy about that under the best of circumstances, but...] That's not really what the problem was, though.

... Oh. I never really got what normal youkai thought of humans, so I just kind of guessed.

Well, I mean, it's not like I would have been super happy about being stuck in a human body like that anyway, but... I guess the person whose body I wound up in is in pain a lot of the time.

Oh, right. Yes, she is. She came during that whole mess last month, so it was rather busy. Her maid ended up coming a bit earlier it seems like, but I didn't catch sight of her.

Hm... I don't remember seeing any maids, either. [Then again, she might have been a little preoccupied. Unfortunately, she knows absolutely nothing about what having a family is like, so she can't empathize much.] Are you happy to see them?

Well, I technically ran away. She said she was fine with everything I did, and that I should be able to make choices on my own and all that, but it's been years since I left the Makai.
