[Kyoko is lounging on the couch in her shared house with Sayaka, who is currently out for a bit. She looks absolutely bored. She yawns, stretches, and then moves in closer to the camera.]

Hey. Anyone want to go out exploring the wild areas? I'm feeling really restless.

...Don't let Sayaka know I'm planning on this, though, okay? She'd get worried about me.

....And I kinda want to get some of that dirt and make a gift for her, but I want it to be a surprise, okay?

I am certain, Sakura-san. I have ways of keeping myself safe, and it is always best to go as a group! [ No doubt people have given her the advice of "don't go alone", but they didn't say to stay away altogether! ]

[ A sharp nod, but then she smiles. ] Nothing happened aboard the ship after all, right? [ That is totally not enough proof, Mugi... ]

....I don't call nearly being kissed against my own will nothing, but fair enough.

[She pushes back the urge to balk at those memories, and at the memory of how broken with concern for her and for their friend who has since left the Gardens Sayaka was when she got back, not wanting to make Mugi worry.]

That depends on where you are going! [ She considers it a moment. ] ...should I pack something to eat? We might be gone a while.

Any of the wild places are good for me. Hmm...let's just meet at the library.

I guess it couldn't hurt. Just don't throw it away or anything if we don't need it.

Sure, I'm up for some exploring. [ Gotta see what's changed in the Gardens since she left. ]

Great. Where do you want to check out? I'm not picky.

[ The link on Marisa's side switches off, and she prepares for yet another exciting adventure! ]

[Kyoko waits patiently, gnawing on an apple and keeping an eye out for Marisa.]

[ Kyouko doesn't have to wait for more than a couple of minutes, as Marisa flies in on her broom. She spots the Puella Magi and gives a quick wave before descending. ]

[Kyoko waves back, smiling a little. It is nice to do things with other people.]

[After seeing Sayaka disappear that same way for some weeks last year, that risk is certainly on her mind. Maybe it wouldn't be dangerous necessarily, but spending that long out there, and Kyoko having just been kidnapped...
