*Those of you walking around the gardens might find Vivio standing around in her adult form, training a bit.

And by training I mean just launching blasts of magic into the air for no good noticeable reason.

Depending on when you come by, she could just be getting started, or she might be almost at the end. If it's the later, well, you're free to witness just what that whole thing was about.*

Okay, that should be enough now... hope I can get it right this time.

*Vivio closes her eyes, moving her hands to the side before raising one up into the air... rainbow magic starting to gather into a sphere held above her head, though on closer look, the rainbow magic seems to be from the air around her rather than from inside of her like normal magical energy gathering would usually be done from.

And that ball of magic over her head. Get's pretty massive pretty dang fast. Soon it's well... looks like it's as big as some massive big ball of glowly doom.

Which it basically is.*

Starlight-

*And then Vivio goes and pulls her fist back and punches the ball of magic and it turns into a massive beam that shoots out into the sky.*

-BREAKER!

*She stares, her eyes going a bit wide as she realizes that she managed to get it to work. Her face is completely lit up in a smile... before the beam slams into what looks to be the barrier that keeps people from flying out of the gardens... and manages to break through it for a moment, weird colors swirling out of the barrier. That... didn't look good. Maybe she should... run?

But no, the barrier closed pretty fast. And it wasn't like she meant to try to break the barrier so she wasn't going to have to worry about a wild card, right?

Well, Vivio's optimism was quickly broken as she shrunk back down to her kid form and noticed that she had something poking out of her head. Her hands moved up to her head and sighed as she felt ears at the top of her head. Cat ears, actually. And did she suddenly have a tail sticking out of her that she could wag? Yes, yes she did.*

... Okay. Never point magic at the sky again, I get it.

[ If there was ever a time where a drawn out "kawaaiiiii" was appropriate, this would be it. Subaru draws her hand back a short distance. ] I wonder how Arf or Zafira would feel about this.

... I'm not sure if they'd really care all that much. I mean, just cause I have cat ears doesn't make me a cat familiar.

Haha, you're right, but maybe it'd still be amusing? [ She then creases her brow. ] You don't feel any different urges, do you? I want to be sure this is just a physical change.

*She yawns right after she says that.*

I'm pretty tired now though.

[ Snerk. ] Would you like to go back to the inn and take... a..... catnap?

[ ~~YEAAAAAH~~. She is not even sorry for that one. ]

*She blinks, looking over at Subaru before frowning.*

[ Subaru grins sheepishly. ] eheheh, sorry sorry. Couldn't help it!

*Another yawn, and then blushing.*

[ Subaru can hardly stand how adorable Vivio is being right now. She is all too glad that Mach Caliber is able to record this for posterity. ~~Just be glad Youtube doesn't exist in the Gardens.~~ ] It's no problem. You used up a lot of energy, huh?

[ She turns and crouches, with her hands back behind her. ] Hop on. We'll take care of the rest.

*Vivio nods, and yawns again before jumping up on Subaru's back.*

Yeah, lots of energy. Needed to through all the magic for Starlight Breaker around myself. At least I know I can do it now.

Mm, it's a good thing. [ She adjusts her grip and, once the girl is secure, she stands up and begins to head off toward in the inn. ] I just hope you won't have to use it for real. [ Not because she can't handle it; but because of the implications of the kinds of situations that require that sort of force. ]

Me too. I hope I don't need to use any of my magic for real again...

That's something I can get behind. [ Skating along, la la. ] It's good that things have been pretty calm, lately.

Yeah. Sparring's fun, but real fights aren't.

You're right about that. [ She can't help but read a hand back to pat Vivio on the head. What a good girl. It's clear she was raised right, which was just as much a testament to her as it was to her two mothers. Subaru sighs happily. ]

We're almost back. I'll get started on some lunch while you take a break. Do you have anything in mind?

*Vivio yawned again, closing her eyes as she rest her head on Subaru's neck.*

Dunno. Not really that hungry...

[ She lowers her voice. ] Okay then. I'll just wait a while. [ Aww, will she get to tuck her in and everything? ]

*Vivio let out a sigh of content.*

'kay. Thanks Subaru.

*It sure seems that way Subaru.*
