[The vine appears, but does not produce a mirror. That would be too much effort for this. It was just a simple thing on her part, so it shouldn't take much. It was just the normal thing for voices and audio. The voice belonging to one Sayaka Miki, is more than a little confused.]

So... that was it? It's been a few days and I haven't seen anything else happen. This isn't just me being ignorant right? There really hasn't been anything else going on since that all suddenly ended, right?

And I don't want to hear anyone say "don't complain"!

About things humans do, you mean?

Oh, but you are a human? A modern one?

[...Nue you should probably tell her not to call herself an idiot or something...]

I guess that's true. Either way, you shouldn't feel too bad about it. Humans are strange, so it's not too big a deal if you don't think much like one.

Of course not. I'm a youkai.

In a general sense, maybe. But as for specifics, you're way off.

That doesn't make me a yuki-onna any more than it would anyone else.

Then youkai would be a lot more loosely defined than they are.

Well, think of it this way. A nekomata is a nekomata, right? But you can also say it's more broadly a beast-type youkai. Still, even if that's the case, we are what we are. Unless its a human magician turning into a youkai one, that doesn't usually change.

There's not really much to tell. I've never been human, so I'm not really sure of the specifics, but... A human that learns enough magic will stop aging and transform into a youkai magician.

They aren't giant or nightmarish. Really, they look just like normal people.

Sometimes that's the case, but sometimes descriptions are exaggerated or inaccurate. That's how legends work, right? They're passed down through word of mouth, so the details are bound to change.

But it's not all the time, is it? Like the yuki-onna you mentioned.
