You don't get to just... arbitrarily decide what is or isn't a person...

-It's not arbitrary if there's nothing to indicate the egg is feeling things beyond a drawn-on face and crying. And it's particularly suspicious when the desired effect is the same as what they experienced before.-

There is some cut-off, and I don't think it includes this egg. I don't know that I accept it's anything more than a magical artifact from the Queen that's pretending to feel!

-Dizzy's lips quivered, and without thinking, her arms shoved forward, pushing Ky away.-

-Ky takes a few steps back quickly, she doesn't want to push -- not physically anyway -- and she's sorry for having upset Dizzy. But even if it were an option to leave, she wouldn't wish to leave things like this.-

-Right. Ky is going to head to the door and stand outside, hoping that it's not so far from Dizzy that the egg thing will cry more.-

-The egg, of course, wouldn't be the crying she heard from the other side of the door. To be honest, she didn't even know why she was reacting the way she was. Just something of about the way the conversation went hit her a bit too deeply. Memories she had thought she had gotten past...-

-Oh. Ky's just going to take a seat on the ground and feel more than a little upset about this. She didn't mean...to do anything, but shouldn't Dizzy be able to understand that an egg created by the Queen is an egg created by the Queen? It's not a person at all, it can't even speak.-
