Oh no! What am I going to do? [ The young girl is trying her best to be reassuring and soothing to the little thing, but it will have none of it! This behavior is slowly eating away at Mugi's calm demeanor. ] There, there. No need to cry~. I'm sure we can find your "mama", somehow.

[ She shifts in place, having retrieved her garments moments earlier but not yet changed out of the tell-tale slip given to newcomers in the Gardens.

Mugi is giving the egg her full attention, and has not yet noticed the Vine that was broadcasting the scene. ] This is quite a dilemma... and since when did they make trial babies out to be in this shape?

Yeah... has anyone talked to you about the situation you're in yet?

Oh, yes, that! [ She reaches out for where she had placed it on her pile of clothes. ] It wasn't very specific, so anything you can tell me that might help shed some light on what was meant would be very helpful!

Well. It's... kinda hard to explain, but first of all, you're trapped here. No one's figured out how to escape, other than crossing your fingers and hoping you disappear to back home eventually.

The Queen's brought you here for some misguided reasons about thinking that we're better off here. She's powerful, but also an airhead, and she's trying to get us to help her out with this place, while also encouraging, uh... romance between us.

[ Mugi pays close attention, but her mouth hangs open a moment toward the end. ] So that is the reason... [ For this unusual, but interesting dream, that is! ] I see.

The letter. [ Giving it a moment's thought. ] Have you spoken with the Queen before?

Only briefly, and it didn't really get anywhere. A few people have sat down with her, but I don't think anyone's convinced her that this is a bad idea yet.

[ That surprises her. ] Is that what others think?

...well, yeah. We're stuck here, and we can't go home - I know at least a few people would actually be pretty happy here if they could come and go as they pleased.

I can understand that. [ She nods, and looks around. ] It looks very beautiful and relaxing, here!

Most of the time, but there's been trouble in the past. Don't expect it to be peaceful the whole time you're here.

Uh, well. Mostly, little things like that egg, but we've had some plant monsters and... dangerous things like that too. It's a good idea to know where you're safe just in case.

First off, you should find a place to stay. There are plenty of people here who I'm sure wouldn't mind taking someone in. [ She gives Mugi a friendly smile. ] That includes me.
