[There's a moment where Vine makes a half-hearted attempt at unfurling into a mirror, but it gives up and shifts to audio not even a third of the way there instead. The person on the other end sighs and huffs out something like, 'Honestly, now,' before she simply resigns herself to dealing with an uncooperative plant. Though, thinking about it--]

Well, I shouldn't really complain! At least it's working at all, hm?

[It might take a good deal of thinking to place the voice, seeing as it's...a lot brighter and cheerier than normal. To a frightening degree, almost, when one realizes it's Sol. This is obviously not natural. Apparently, the trip she took the wild places earlier has had some...interesting effects. If she realizes she doesn't normally act this way, though, it doesn't show, Sol continuing on like nothing is amiss in the slightest.]

Well, either way! With the way the atmosphere has been lately, I thought everyone could use a bit of cheering up. I'm afraid I don't know as many people here as I probably should, so something more personalized wasn't exactly an option, but... Comfort food is always good for lifting your mood, even if just a little! I spent a bit of time earlier preparing something along those lines, so if you see me around today and you think you would like some, please feel free to ask.

[She doesn't even like comfort food.]

[Having made her broadcast on the Vine, Sol heads out and about. She'll be just about everywhere today, getting lost and being uncharacteristically friendly all over the place. She also seems to be carrying a number of pies with her. Maybe one of them is for you, if you know her. Hell, maybe one of them is for you even if you don't. The only way to know is to ask!]

Hey, hey! You can't tell me to brood and then laugh at me when I do.

[She's not actually bothered, but Dizzy said she should grumble, so...]

[Sol has to giggle a little as well. She gives up on the grumping and smiles again.]

If it looks silly, why are you asking me to do it?

I guess I was just a little worried...

Like I said, there's nothing to worry about. Now...

[Seriously, Dizzy, she made all this pie and the least you could do is have some.]

-A giggle.- Sorry... I'd love to have some pie.

What kind would you like? I made as many as I could think of.

Um... Uh... How about apple?

[Apparently, she has been carrying more than pies, since in the next moment she has whipped out a checkered picnic blanket, some plates, and some silverware. You can't say she's unprepared!]

[Sorry, did Dizzy say something? Because, suddenly, there is a pie on the blanket and Sol is busy preparing her a slice.]

-It was a little strange to be on the receiving end of such generosity, but she did indeed take her slice, taking in the scent.-

[And Sol stays quiet, watching expectantly. She hopes it came out okay!!]

Really? [Her face brightens. She seems relieved.] I'm glad!

I'm surprised! I mean, I figured it would be tasty, but this is better than expected! I never knew you could cook...

Well... It's something you're bound to pick up when you're on your own for so long. [Even if pie wasn't a meal she usually spent her time making. She chuckles a little.] The birds helped too, of course.

We should make some together sometime!
