[action] Mistletime!
[Vitalia has finally gotten the nerve to go around the Gardens without being terrified of Reno's horrifying thuggery, and what's this? SOMEONE has been neglecting the place and allowed this parasitic pest of a plant to take over! Not that she disapproves of parasitic plants in general, but they must be carefully controlled! This is woefully neglectful! Well, as the resident gardening expert, she will take matters (and shears) into her own hands and clear up this menace!]
[OK maybe not so much.]
How curiously resistant this species of Santatales is! I shall have to obtain a specimen somehow...

Doc is the world's greatesht shurgeon, even though he's unlichenshed! Dr. Black Jack is his name! And Pinoko's the wife.

[Vitalia: SO CONFUSED right now.]

... the doctor at the clinic has the shame name and looksh a bit like my Doc, but Pinoko's Doc is a man! They're different.

How very strange! I wonder if it is the same reason that there are only female creatures here... It's all quite puzzling, don't you think? Oh! If Papi were to find his way here, I wonder what would happen...

Hmm? You think it has shomething to do with thish plache?
Who's Papi? Is he a doctor too? [She blinks up at her with curious smile.]
no subject
My papi... I suppose you would know him better as Dr. Isidro Ruiz, one of the foremost doctors of the biological and surgical sciences!

Pinoko hasn't heard of him, but maybe Doc has! Pinoko's husband is alsho the world's greatesht shurgeon! [Spoken very fondly, with hands clasped beside her cheek and a dreamy little smile on her face.]

I should have to argue, if not for the fact that it is likely we come from very different times. Although I suppose you could be forgiven for your ignorance, as Papi's former colleagues have made a concerted effort to tarnish his name and reputation, all out of jealousy; they could never hope to be as brilliant as he!
