*Ignoring the fact that this was supposed to happen a week ago, people should notice that the Hakurei shrine is all decked out with lights and streamers, and surrounded by Stalls. The stalls are filled with balloons, little shrine toys, and some food.

Near the shrine itself stands Reimu, dressed up is a special outfit, with a large smile on her face.*
