*Reimu's shrine looks a lot cleaner then usual. Everything has been swept, the weeds pulled, and the grass cut. There are also stands being built all around it, with various little fair games in different stages of completion.

Reimu meanwhile can be found on the steps next to her donation box. She is currently making a Banner, which reads. "Hakurei Shrine Festival!" She doesn't seem to notice if anyone walks up to her.*

Everyone, I would like to invite you all to the Gardens first Hakurei Shrine Festival. It will be this weekend at my shrine. Drinks, food, and prizes will be there, and all money spent goes towards the Hakurei shrine.

It's not a party. It's a festival. I want more people to visit the shrine. Donations don't really matter here, but I am still a Shrine maiden, and getting people to pray at my shrine is my job. That and Incident solving.
