(Lightning's leaning back against the trunk of a tree out in the orchards, skillfully peeling what appears to be a decently sized peach with a certain knife. Her face is solemn and concentrated; thoughtful, with the hint of a grimace. This place brought on a lot of mixed emotions, after all... more than she knew how to handle, sometimes.)

(She stops then and sighs, shrugging herself off of the tree. After skinning the last of the fruit, her eyes lift to meet the vine and an agitated noise escapes her mouth. It was recording, wasn't it? :|)

[Sephiroth remembers this woman. A fellow soldier, if of a different sort. She nods a greeting.] It has been some time since you were here, Lightning. I hope your return is not too inconvenient. [Which is her polite, dry way of saying she's sorry Lightning was dragged back.]

(Lightning returns a nod. She remembered Sephiroth as well, and just how helpful she'd been the last time they'd talked.)

Inconvenience is probably the last thing on the Queen's mind.
