Gingerbread Coffin [Action/Video]

[Zenobia had just wanted to take another swim, but after avoiding a wildcard effect for so long, she's been hit with a doozy. All of her limbs have been replaced with copies of the wing on her shoulder, and it takes much effort and luck for her to get back to the beach. There is a flurry of seven wings as she tries to propel her way forward, but she's not getting very far for her efforts. The vine is recording the whole thing.]

Hey, can anyone hear me? The water's cursed me. I'm kinda in a spot, here!

[And then when the light vanished, there was a teenager in Vivio's place, and she was moving to go pick up Zenobia.]

Any place you want to go?

Oh wow! So that's your magic! Amazing...

Do you know where Beaumont is? I started living there recently. It's near the lakefront.

And umm... no, I don't, but I should be able to find it easily enough...

Will you be okay carrying me all that way?

[She doesn't seem to be having any issues holding you up right now.]

Okay. Let's go then!

[And then she takes off to the air, holding onto the older woman tightly.]

Right. I didn't mean to question your strength. I just wanted to make sure you'd be okay.

[Zenobia gasps as they take off.]

Amazing! Vivio, you're incredible! [Zenobia thought of how much she'd longed to be held by another while she was sealed away, alone for so long. But Vivio's just a child. Zenobia forced herself to stop thinking about that. Even if she does look a little older now, Zenobia does have boundaries.]

[Vivio giggles at that as she keeps flying over to the area that Zenobia mentioned her place was.]

Oh, there it is. There's Beaumont. See, the house in the distance there? That's it.

Oh, yeah, I see it!

[And she starts flying toward it a little faster now. Almost there!]

[Zenobia's still in a state of awe as they get closer and closer to the house. She stays silent for the moment, just enjoying the rush of soaring through the air.]

[Vivio giggles as she lands in front of Zenobia's home.]

Well, here we are!

Thank you so much! You're a lifesaver, Vivio!

Um, I hate to ask, seeing as you brought me all this way, but could I trouble you to take me to my room? If that's okay.

Oh, of course I will! Just let me know which way I need to go!

Sure. When you get inside, go down the hall, and my room's on the left.

Okay!

[And there Vivio goes, following the directions until she makes it to the room.]

Man, it's so nice to be back here. Would you please place me on my bed there?

I can't thank you enough. I'd totally marry you in ten years if you asked me. [That last line just slipped out.]

[Vivio moved Zenobia over to the bed and placed her on it, before turning back into her child form... and then blinking as she heard that. Then she blushed.]

Umm....

S-sorry. I just meant that you are very kind and strong, and that you have everything I'd ever want in a partner. Except, um, not being adult yet. Um.

...I'm always saying things without thinking. [And she was trying hard not to be creepy, too. She frowns.]

Oh... I see...
