Gingerbread Coffin [Action/Video]

[Zenobia had just wanted to take another swim, but after avoiding a wildcard effect for so long, she's been hit with a doozy. All of her limbs have been replaced with copies of the wing on her shoulder, and it takes much effort and luck for her to get back to the beach. There is a flurry of seven wings as she tries to propel her way forward, but she's not getting very far for her efforts. The vine is recording the whole thing.]

Hey, can anyone hear me? The water's cursed me. I'm kinda in a spot, here!

That sucks, Zenobia.

[Zenobia sighs.] Yeah. But if this is the worst that happens to me here, it'll still be paradise. But damn. This isn't fun.

Can I do anything to help?

Well, unless you can reverse this or have any suggestions on how I can move around like this... Or if you want to keep me company, I'd like that as well.

I wouldn't mind hanging around for a bit. I'll be over in a few minutes.

Oh, that would be great! Guess I'll see you soon, Tsukasa!

[And, Tsukasa shows up within about ten minutes or so. Wearing the same blue swimsuit she had been wearing during her previous stay at the sea.]

Oh, Tsukasa! I'm so glad. Being alone like this made it that much worse. Thank you for coming.

Hate for you to have to see me like this, though. I know I'm pretty weird-looking right now. [Zenobia tries to move but just falls on her side.] Ooof. Can't really move either.

Your my friend, I would have came no matter what was going on. And, for the record, I've seen weirder things.

That means a lot to me. [Zenobia sits up. It takes a few tries, though.] I miss my arms.

[Tsukasa pats her on the head.]

Thanks, Tsukasa. You know, if you weren't already in love with someone else, I'd totally ask you out on a date after I got back to normal.

[Tsukasa giggles in a somewhat awkward manner.]

Um, speaking of dates though, do you have anyone you like?

Um, yeah... there are a few people that I'm interested in. But I have no idea how they'd feel about me.

First, there's Canada. She's a really sweet, shy girl who is totally my type. And there's the landlady of the house I moved into recently. She's kind, elegant, and charming.

Speaking of charming, I went on a blind date of sorts with a beautiful blonde woman named Gabrielle. I can't really figure her out, but she's fascinating. And there's this girl named Vitalia who doesn't seem to understand love, and it would be so romantic to try to show her...

[She says all of this pretty matter-of-fact, but she is blushing a little.] I suppose that's a lot of people to be thinking of, but... I just can't help myself sometimes.

[She smiles.]

I'm sure you'll find a great girl someday.

Thanks. [That gets a big smile from Zenobia.] I think everything's going to work out fine. I hope I can make someone happy.

I just have to wait this one out until I can move again.

[She sighs lightly.]

I'm a little worried about where things are going with the girl I like though.

I wish I could do something to ease the hurt, but all I can do is cheer for you, and hope everything works out in the end. I believe it will, and you and she will become a lovely couple.
