I have no idea what happened or how I ended up here, but I'm really going to assume it's something those idiot simulation soldiers did. Either that or, in spite of all my arguing otherwise, I have completely snapped.

And on the off chance this is real, Queen, you really picked the wrong kind of person for your peaceful garden. I'm a Freelancer. A fighter. Not some kind of builder. What use could you have for me?

It's supposed to be classified, but I doubt that matters here. So fine. Just no tampering. I don't need to have to repair it. But I probably should get it back on.

I was betrayed. I could have finally gotten out of the hell that the project had made of my life, and he betrayed me when we finally had the end in sight. My own partner. [She sighs, laying the suit aside carefully before starting to look over the plating.]

After all we had gone through. I waited outside surgery for him. Learned to interpret the noises that were all he could make after that injury.

The Chairman would have made sure the remainder of my life in jail would be hell when he finished making me pay for him not getting the evidence to take the Director down. The Meta knew that, and did it anyway.

What kind of resources does this place have available? I'd like to at least make sure this armor doesn't fail at a bad time if the material to reinforce it is available.

What you see is what you get, for the most part. Low-tech, magic driven. Might be able to create what you need with some of the wild magic from the soil off the paths. No guarantees though.
