[with that, the handwriting grows more confident and natural again, continuing further down the page.]


I found this in a book in the library...and a lot of other things like it. Is it some kind of puzzle? What does it mean?

Well... poetry can be for anything, really!

It's a way of telling a story... And I guess the story this one's trying to tell is that there's a lot of pain in life.

I guess I'm not sure why you wouldn't just say it straight out. But it's true...life...can be painful.

Well, I guess maybe people don't say it straight out because that's not the way they want to convey their emotions? It's really complicated.

... Yeah, I agree with that as well. [She might have said something about keeping on hoping despite that part if she wasn't dead or conflicted about the Gardens.]
