If we were puppets made for the Queen's amusement, and I had the power to destroy her, I would do so and free us all.

Such an existence would be a lie. However, there is no reason to assume we would cease to exist if she were destroyed. We don't know enough about this place or the nature of the Queen to say that for certain. I would be willing to take that risk.
