[Claire's face appears a bit too close to the mirror, and slightly shadowed, as if she were leaning over it before it appeared. She pulls back, a little startled.]

Oh! There we go.

[she seems to be standing with a multitude of flowers at her back, recognizable to those who've seen it as the memorial garden Epsilon made. There are several docile robots milling about, and she doesn't seem bothered by their presence in the least.]

Excuse me. Whoever might be watching--residents of the Gardens, I suppose. I apologize for the misunderstanding upon my arrival. All of this is very new to me, so I appreciate your patience.

[she's still in her white arrival's dress, and her blue curls are down around her shoulders. In her arms is a vast expanse of satiny cloth that must be a dress. Earrings, crown, and veil are placed carefully on top of it, and she's holding it above the ground as best she can.]

I noticed there are plenty of houses around, but I wouldn't want to intrude without asking. I believe I'm going to be needing a place to stay, however...I can cook and clean, and I know how to garden and do various other chores. I promise I won't get in the way.

Hello. [Epsilon spends a fair amount of time near her garden when not busy helping others or ensuring that no one needs her help. She looks slightly weary, drained by the ordeal with the robots and her attempts to help Dot, but she smiles as she approaches along one of the paths through the flowers.]

I couldn't help overhearing you, and though I don't have a residence of my own, I'm sure you won't have any trouble finding somewhere to stay. There are many vacant residences, as well as many hospitable people here.

May I help you with that? [She nods toward Claire's burden.]

[she turns and dips in an approximation of a curtsy, the best she can do with her hands occupied.]

I did see many houses, but I wasn't sure if they were occupied or not, and I wouldn't want to intrude.

Thank you, miss. I'd like to find a safe place to put it for now...it doesn't belong to me, and I want to return it in good condition.

[She returns the curtsy with a polite bow of her own.]

Several of the homes here are communal residences that anyone is welcome to live in, but I can understand why you'd be reluctant. It isn't immediately clear which ones are open and which are private homes. Would you like me to show you to the public residences, or did someone offer you a place to stay?

I'm sure any home would have somewhere you could store it safely. This garden-- [She gestures to the tall flowers and statues surrounding them] --is the closest thing to a residence I have. I'm afraid there's no good place for clothes here, but I could help you carry them for the time being.

I seem to have gotten an offer, yes. But thank you.

Oh, this is your garden? It's lovely.

I'm glad I hope you'll enjoy your home while you're here.

[She smiles at the compliment.] Thank you. This is the first thing I've ever made. I spend much of my time here, when not at the fortress or surveying the Gardens.

My name is Epsilon. It's a pleasure to meet you.

You made this? [her face lights up even more.] That's wonderful. We didn't have flowers quite like this at home.

I'm Claire, Claire Bennett. Pleased to meet you as well.
