( G'day, garden dwellers. As is perhaps something of a familiar sight by now: it's Ellie! In a tree. She's actually still climbing this one, and she's deliberately caught the vines attention to direct it towards some eggs. Apparently she's invading the orchard, today. )
Hey, Em. That's the kind, right? ( Muttered to herself: ) Dunno why you'd ever want different kinds of eggs.
( She suspects it might have been a ploy to get her out of the house and away from trying to remember the recipe for Anzac biscuits, most of which involves plaguing Em with endless questions about cookies.
With a glance at the vine, she shrugs a bit. May as well get them either way - eggs are eggs, right? So she's back to adjusting her weight, starting to move further along the branch, and then there's an almighty snapping sound, followed by an undignified 'agh!' and the sound of more branches breaking.
And this new sight would be Ellie on the ground, looking slightly winded as she looks up at the tree. Ow. Ow. Nothing broken, but what the hell, traitor tree. ) God.
( action. )
( Ellie is dusting herself off, rolling her shoulders and circling the tree. And scowling. We can't forget the scowling, now, can we? )
