Hi, everyone! I'm Zoey from Snowpoint City. This is my partner, Glameow.

(A light, welcoming meow is heard.)

So, are there any Trainers or Coordinators who were brought here too? Even if you're not a Trainer or a Coordinator any help's welcome! I wouldn't mind knowing what this place is called besides 'The Gardens.'

(Zoey doesn't mind explaining what Pokemon are; she gives Sayaka a quick run down of what they are and naming off various types.)

...Glameow's a Normal-type, but she can pull off different attacks from other types.

[THAT WENT OVER HER HEAD, but she's juuuuuust nodding.]

How is 'Normal' a type, exactly?

It's one of the many elemental types where I'm from - weak against Fighting-types, but resistant to Ghost-type attacks.

Wait, it's also an element? Why didn't I learn this in class!?

(Zoey really finds Sayaka to be quite amusing by now.)

Let's just say where I'm from Normal is an element.

Oh, I'm never going to get used to this different worlds thing!

Hey, don't worry about it! You've been doing really well so far, and you've only been here for 2 weeks.
