third ♒ mirror, action
( The new training arena Aqua's magicked up is fairly impressive. It sits just beyond the ruins, resembling the Throne Room on the surface, only without the walls or high ceiling. There are columns at each corner, amphitheatre-style seats all around it, and all manner of props stored in racks and cellars around the edges, from wooden weapons and shields to punching bags and giant barrels. In the centre of the arena, there's a blot on the ground, a small shadow growing ever-fainter. Looking up in the air reveals Aqua herself, armour-clad, flying up and up, as if aiming for the sun.
Of course, with the nature of this world, she can't simply fly straight off it. She reaches the point where she hits the barrier – probably too high to be seen, by then – and before she can even attempt breaking through it, she's falling so fast that nothing more than a blur of blue-grey metal can be seen streaking towards the ground. Aqua lands with a crack, though it's not clear whether the bulk of the noise comes from the training ground floor, her armour, or Aqua herself. It's around this time that the Vine decides to crawl towards her, mirror forming in front of her before she can think to summon it.
She's relieved, which is easy enough to see, considering that a large shard of her helmet has broken off. The armour, thankfully, has taken the brunt of the damage, and while Aqua herself looks fairly beaten amongst the rubble, she has enough sense to try getting out of the armour. Before making use of the mirror, she swats a hand against her shoulder, ordering her armour to slot away. Nothing happens. She frowns, confused, and places hand to her forehead, trying to wash the blood and dizziness away with a Cure spell. Nothing happens. Finally, she focuses all of her attention on the mirror, opens her mouth to ask for help, but no words come out. Seemingly defeated, she slumps forward, forehead hitting the mirror with a dull thud. )
[ ooc; with Ventus gone, Aqua's panicked, and tried to fly off-world. When she reached the sky's barrier, she was hit by a wildcard, and lost all her strength, from her magic to her voice to anything relating to her Keyblade. Despite a natural Disneyesque resistance, she's fairly beat up ]

she steels herself, and crawls over to that leg, casting curaga upon it. the effort to cast the highest level of this spell has her wincing a little, but she soldiers on; her master needs her. nothing else matters. and hopefully since ciraga is storng, that leg should be in better working order now.
kairi moves on now to removing the bits of armor gingerly, being as careful as she can not to hurt her further. the redhead bites her lip, and reassures her with a small smile:]
It's going to be okay. Just stay with me. I don't want to see you falling asleep.

after a minute, she returns to her side with six or seven bottles clutched tightly against herself. carefully, she sets herself and the bottles down beside aqua. then she pops open the top of one of the bottles, and holds the brim of it to her master's mouth with a worried expression.]
Here you go... drink this. [please, be okay. she's strong, but now kairi is a bit shaken and rattled inside. she... she's just found her again. she doesn't want to lose this friend so soon.]

You're going to be fine... come on, stay awake. You shouldn't sleep after you've hit your head.
[carefully, she moves to sit behind aqua so that in the very least, her leg is there to lean against. loss of magic power has left her feeling dizzy, too, and so her hold on aqua's arm tightens just a little bit. the remainder of her weight is braced with her other hand against the ground, so they both won't fall back.]

Aqua, I'm sorry. [she smiles a small, but encouraging smile.] But your hearts are connected, right?
You'll see her again. [hopefully sooner than later, for her master's sake.]

[her hand squeezes aqua's gently.] We've gotten to meet again after all this time, haven't we? Anything is possible.
[her chest tightens to see her master look so sad. but all she can do is try to keep her spirits up right now. it's what she'd had to do for herself for all that time riku and sora had been gone while she'd been stuck going to school on the island -- as if nothing had happened.]

and eventually, it's exactly what he'd been about to do. she doesn't know if they followed her into the dark corridor or not. she'd arrived here to find sora a year and a half younger than her, and it makes her feel awful. to think about what'd happened to her to make her friend worry that she'd been dead for all the time she'd been here.
kairi lets out a quiet sigh, and relaxes. if aqua needs to sleep, she'll stay with her.]
