four √ [video/action]

[filtered to Batgirl]

[Hikari doesn't like the feeling of seeing someone dead and not even knowing their name. If she had the Vine, she's going to find out. And there's someone who is at least a little bit trust-worthy and might not be hesitant to talk about it.]

Batgirl, it's Hikari. I need to ask you something... About the person who was killed.

[action]

[Later on, one can find Hikari at the Orchard, stocking up on supplies to use as ingredient in her meals. Bother her?]

She holds up an okra pod.

"Cook it wrong, it's a slimy mess," she says. "Cook it RIGHT, and it's great for making soups thicker."

Where was that? Anywhere I would recognize?

Yeah, we had a couple of people back home that did Creole well. Louisiana cooking.

...lol, this cookbook actually exists

Actually, I managed to find one. The Shar Za'Hav Jewish cookbook.

Think it slipped in because it discussed a gay and lesbian congregation in particular, but...

My family made a nomtastic chicken recipe from it like every Friday

Sounds like a plan. We have enough potatoes here for potato pancakes, anyway. Even if the Queen can't spell Chanukah.

[No, really. That actually came up.]

Re: That's really nice. *__*

You have to cough the first syllable. CH.

I can imagine. Discussing one religion at the expense of the others was technically illegal back home, Before. Most schools didn't discuss any rather than talk about all of them.

I think that's a universal constant, sadly.
