But like in movies and stuff, sometimes there's a situation where you find out that like all the weird other world stuff was because everyone was, I don't know, in a lab or something, and someone was making them dream of it with some gizmo.

I mean, I wouldn't think that kind of thing is really likely, but... it's an option.

Yeah, thinking it over, it seems implausible, though I'm not sure anything here is completely implausible.

It'd probably help if we understood a little more about the place in general. I mean, yeah, it's obviously something "magic," but magic probably has laws, too...
