[What seems to very distinctly be a young girl's voice comes out of the Vine's megaphone. Either she's been trying to get it to work for some time now, or she doesn't know she's being recorded––she cuts in mid-sentence. She sounds a little quiet, as if she's not very close to the megaphone.]

--Tano, with the 501st Legion of the Grand Army of the Republic. If you are receiving this transmission, this is a distress call. I am at an unknown location on a foreign planet, alone, and cannot reach command. I repeat, this is a distress call. This is Commander Tano, with the––

What's this? Hello? Is this plant some kind of communicator? Can anyone hear me?

The same, Yukari. Ahsoka is really fine, or just Padawan. Mostly people in the army have to call me Commander. I'm just a Padawan Learner to everyone else.

What does that title mean?

A Padawan Learner is like… well, basically, an apprentice Jedi, one who is still learning. I study under my master, and accompany him in his missions to complete my training. Of course, he's not here right now, which has kind of put an autowrench in the works, you know?

The greatest test of a student is to see if the student can stand without the teacher.

Of course, now I must ask what a Jedi is.

I can definitely stand without Skyguy! I think he's just going to have some trouble keeping it together without me! But, still, I don't think the Council will be too pleased when we iron this whole thing out.

Uh, a Jedi? Jedi are ... [She takes a breath, as if she's about to recite something well memorized] a peacekeeping organization of the Galactic Republic, comprised of members from any planet, and any species, who are attuned to the Force and who use it for the good of the Galaxy and its citizens.

Well considering this seems to be dealing with multiple universes, they miiight be in over their heads.

In other words a group of diplomats and soldiers united by this "force" of yours.

The Council? No, I mostly meant they're going to have a grand old time with me, and my Master for losing track of me. [She sighs. As if her Master doesn't have enough problems with authority. As if she doesn't, either.]

And, yeah, for the most part. It's not really "my" Force. It's yours, too, as much as it's mine, or owned by any living being throughout the universe––or universes, I guess.
