[Melia had been cooking up a storm, preparing for a feast to celebrate her recent return to the Gardens. She hadn't yet gotten a chance to make herself known when Akira's words suddenly caught her attention.

As she answers, behind her can be seen an engraved wood table covered with a fairly rich feast.]

Oh dear. And here I hadn't gotten a chance to prepare the fixings for my hangover remedies. Oh, hello there, I'm sure this must come as a surprise to you, being as how you seem both so unaware and freshly arrived.

Be as that might be, one might as well enjoy ones time in the Gardens. While some rather distressing incidents can happen here, for the largest part it's a pleasant place. In some ways safer than my home. While I have many vexations and grievances against she who styles herself as the Queen of Heart, I would rather focus on the upsides of this situation. In large part due to lack of opportunity and capability to escape by my own will.
