The second sounds like a concern...do you need help making sure she doesn't hurt anyone? I'm not sure anything can be done if she won't listen.

Some people have a hard time expressing their feelings. You might have to go find her and address the subject yourself. She might not understand that not being in a relationship doesn't mean that you two can't spend time together. But if she really cares for you, she'll understand when you talk to her about it. She might just be afraid.
