[Lithuania is in the orchard picking mushrooms. Leafeon is with her, carrying the basket. As for why the vine is recording this entirely mundane activity, that's because Lithuania is singing. While the song is in Lithuanian, it's an entirely silly song about a mushroom war. She's very good at singing, so the vine is following along as she works.

Also of note is, as she pats Leafeon on the head, she looks a bit happy, and generally not serious or annoyed with her situation at all. Even Lithuania can't be all rebellion all the time, sometimes she has to gather mushrooms.

And spinning a bit, because she is in a green dress and it spins really nicely when she does so. Shut up.]
