[The video starts with something grey and slimy being dragged across the mirror with a distinctive 'SLURRRRP' sound. Pleasant! A moment later the grey pulls back and reveals itself to be a tongue belonging to Terezi, an orange-horned, grey-skinned, black haired girl, who stares at the mirror with an annoyed expression (at least, what can be seen around her red-lensed glasses seems to be an annoyed expression) before rising from where she sits.]

Who gives a blind girl a mirror? [She seems to be talking to herself, in a tone that those who know her will recognize as uncharacteristically serious, yes despite her claims of blindness she still very obviously looks around the garden.] Mi-- er, Vriska! Where are you?

Hey... everyone?

[Sayaka, blue haired school girl, currently on the vine.]

It's been a while since those... things showed up, right? Look like people we know, say bad things? I was just wondering something...

Is it normal to want to attack something that looks like someone close to you, but really isn't? I mean, they're just horrible creatures that take the looks of someone else, insulting their image... but that's okay, right?

1. [Video/Action]

Fate-mama? Where are you?

[Here's one little girl, running around the gardens. That was weird, Fate should've been here somewhere. As the day goes by, you might find Vivio looking for Fate everywhere and anywhere in the gardens.

Occasionally she goes on the vine and asks this:]

Hey, Fate-mama, where are you?

[She waits for a few minutes, before going off again with the vine trailing after her as she keeps looking.]

2. [Video, hours later, fail!filtered to Signum]

[Vivio shows up on the vine again, looking really upset.]

Signum... I can't find Fate-mama anywhere...

( Ah, convenience. Or inconvenience, really, how the Vine is so intent on catching these scenes. Jules is in her kitchen, sitting down with a couple of steaming mugs. Tea, one could assume. With her is a blonde woman; a little taller than Jules, and she speaks with a soft Irish accent just slightly tempered by years of London exposure.

Jules slides one mug across, and smiles. )
So! How is Fran?

( The blonde woman smiles, sips her tea. ) Very well, in fact. She's been over the moon ever since the proposal. ( She regards Jules with a fond expression. )

( To her credit, Jules doesn't falter. Simply sets down her tea, adds a bit more sugar and milk, and then has another sip. ) Lovely. I'm glad to hear it. Ben said that, um, that things were going wonderfully. ( Her jaw is fractionally tight. ) Have you set a date?

( Rachel shakes her head. ) Not yet. As soon as we have that set up and the invitations in order you'll receive one. ( Well. She glances around Jules' apartment, tapping her index finger on the table. ) I take it Vijay and Greg are handling your mail, in your absence?

Mm. I assume so, yes. ( And just a little more sugar. Just a little, and then she taps the spoon on the side of the mug. )

One request: if you could bring one of them as your guest? Fran mentioned you'd been seeing Richard recently, but he won't be invited. ( Eyebrows raised, as if to make sure Jules follows. )

( A pause. Jules laughs lightly, and shakes her head; this is no concern, evidently. ) Actually, we're not seeing one another any more, so you hardly need to worry.

Great. That's simple, then. ( A small, controlled smile. Everything about this woman is very controlled and measured, right down to the way she lifts her mug and drinks her tea. ) I'll mark it off the list of concerns.

( Jules doesn't respond; just sips her tea, before her gaze goes to the Vine. She smiles a little bit, shakes her head, and presses her hand over the mirror to dismiss it. ) Perfect.
