[Xion seems to be staring at the mirror pensively--it's hard to tell with her hood up.]

I'm sorry...about everyone who wanted to go home. Maybe if we find the Queen we could do something, but...

I was wondering...what was the reason we were brought here, anyway? A lot of the things that have happened had to do with love. The computers say stuff about love, too. So I've been reading some books, and...it's all related. Love and hearts. It's even in her name--the Queen of Hearts.

Paderau said a "heart" can be a bunch of different things, but it's usually the center of something. Maybe if we found the Heart of this place, it would give us some answers?

[she glances away for a moment, looking around the library. She seems to be seated on the floor between two bookshelves, several volumes in her lap. One is open in her hands. When she speaks again, it's even more hesitant than usual.]

Oh...has anyone seen a girl with red hair? Her name is Kairi...

Well, it's been a few days now... I suppose it's time we started asking questions. I believe there are already those searching for Madame Reine, I hope you find the poor thing before she comes to harm.

Now, the ladies who served her... I believe you have made a rather poor judgement. God knows, I am incredibly sympathetic to rebellions from the people against a tyrannical monarchy, but aren't we the people in this case? A few weeks ago, you would have no doubt had us on your side, but launching your little coup as soon as she turned over a new leaf and began to serve her "subjects" well... That kind of government can't last very long at all.

I suggest you apologise to your queen and restore her properly- and let us return home. There are those here that would stay, in any case, so you will have your play things. And we will have our homes. It is the best possible scenario, and one in which everyone is at least moderately content. You cannot get everything you wish in life, but you can find small compromises, if you seek them.

You're being very naïve and childish, at the moment.

[Jessica's in the arcade, camped in front of a machine, armed with a substantial pile of snacks and drinks.]

Hey, those of you not involved with the, uh, recent regime change can just close this and go about your business. I'm just preparing myself to be on hold until I get hold of someone.

[She sets up a sign at the bottom of the screen with "Attn: New Garden Overlords Please Respond" written in black marker, then turns to the game.]

I can keep this up for a while; I'm in charge of tech support handling at my house.

It seems some of the beings in charge of this world have instigated a change of leadership by force. I'm addressing these beings with this message:

There is little logic to all of this, if the queen is in charge or not, things will not change. Data shows that the beings trapped her would like to leave, as the queen had planned to let them do, but throwing her out of power would accomplish nothing.

A change of power without reason will lead to stagnation and the end of the auto evolution of this plane of existence. As this is the goal of all living things, you are halting the course of nature with your actions. Logic dictates you end this pointless conflict as soon as possible and return things to the way they were...
