[Fela agrees in that, at least. The condolences are rather meaningless, time cannot be altered. Still, her sadness sharpens a bit that Sephiroth is as calm and clinical in relating the maternal lack as in all else.]

I'm sure she was very beautiful.

[A compliment to Sephiroth really, but Fela does not watch the other woman's face to see if she understands it.]
